Jeni Wilson, Collette’s vice president of human resources, announced the two recent departmental changes to take effect immediately.
Rosie Guindon of Coventry, Rhode Island, has been promoted to Manager of Global Benefits. Formerly the company’s Benefits Specialist, she will continue to manage all day-to-day functions associated with employee benefits but will now take on a greater role in the negotiating and plan design process of the health care systems in Collette’s three countries of operation. Guindon began her career at Collette in 1997 as Human Resources Administrator. A graduate of Rhode Island College, prior to joining Collette Guindon worked as a Cognitive Therapist for the Bradley Hospital Day School.
Anna Tejada will transition to Director of Training. In this new role, Tejada will oversee all aspects of training development and skill enhanced needs. Tejada joined Collette as Human Resources Trainer in 2006. As a graduate of Boston University, Tejada began her career at the Forum Corporation as a Knowledge Management Associate. Tejada currently resides in Dedham, Massachusetts.
